The quickest way to reach HVAC.Management is to call or text (604) 632-4959, or to email Ali@Sedighi.ca. We keep office hours of Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. We usually reply within one business day. You'll speak with a senior strategist from the first conversation. A phone call, a text or a short email is all it takes to start.
We are a marketing and business consulting service for HVAC companies, not an HVAC contractor. If you need a furnace fixed or a system installed, please contact a licensed HVAC company in your area instead.

Which way to reach us
Pick whichever suits your day; all three reach the same person.
- Call if you want a quick conversation about whether a fractional manager fits your company.
- Text if you're between jobs and want to send a question or arrange a time to talk.
- Email if you want to send details, such as a list of vendors or a vendor's monthly summary you'd like a second opinion on.
Owners in every province and territory can consult with us by video call or in person, as well as by phone, text, email and shared screens. See where we work for regional details.
What to include in your first message
A few facts make the first conversation far more useful. You don't need all of them, and rough numbers are fine.
- Your company and region. Name, city, and the area you serve.
- Your team size. Roughly how many technicians or trucks.
- Your vendors. Who you pay for marketing today: SEO, ads, website, reviews, call tracking, software.
- Your rough monthly spend. Fees plus ad spend, even as a range.
- Your main worry. For example, "we don't know which vendor is working" or "nobody owns our Google profile".
If you'd like us to look at something specific, attach it to an email: a vendor's monthly summary, an invoice, or a screenshot of your ads dashboard. Please don't send passwords; we'll never ask for them.
What happens next
The process is short and you stay in control of every step.
| Step | What happens |
|---|---|
| 1. First conversation | 20–30 minutes on your setup, goals and concerns |
| 2. Free trial | 7 days, no credit card: a marketing audit, website check, SEO analysis and competitor benchmarking |
| 3. Proposal | A written scope: which plan, which vendors and channels are included, what you get each month |
| 4. Start | Access requests and the stack audit begin in week one |
If after the first conversation we think you don't need a manager yet, we'll tell you and suggest what to do instead. That might be a single monthly review, or simply asking your current vendor for a clearer summary.
Before you call: three questions to answer
These three questions will shape almost everything we discuss, so it's worth a minute of thought first.
- Who has owner access to your Google Business Profile and Google Ads account?
- How many booked jobs did marketing produce last month, and how do you know?
- Who in your company decides what marketing does next month?
If you can't answer them, that's fine. It tells us where to start. Our services page explains how each answer points to a different first step, and pricing lists the plans.
Working with us: practical points
- We work across Canada from our base in Vancouver, BC, meeting online by video call or in person.
- HVAC.Management belongs to the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group, and delivery work runs through HVAC.Agency when you want it.
- Your company keeps ownership of every account and file, during and after the engagement.
- We only send you email after you've contacted us first, and you can tell us to stop at any time.

Frequently asked questions
What are your hours?
Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. A text or email that lands in the evening or on a weekend gets picked up when the next working day starts.
How quickly will you reply?
We usually reply within one business day. If you call and we can't pick up, leave a short message or send a text and we'll get back to you.
Is the first conversation free?
Yes. The first conversation costs nothing, and engagements start with a 7-day free trial that needs no credit card.
Can I just send a question rather than start an engagement?
Of course. Plenty of owners text one question, like whether a vendor's summary looks reasonable. If we can answer it in a few lines, we will.
