Results from our HVAC marketing work

These are real HVAC companies, named and linked. For each one we explain what the result shows and what a marketing manager can take from it for your own company.

Written by Ali Sedighi, MBALast updated:

Every result on this page comes from our HVAC marketing work with a real, named company, and each one links to that company's live website. We don't present them as promises or as averages. For a site about marketing management, the more useful question is what each result teaches about how marketing should be planned, measured and run, so that's how we've written them up.

We market and advise HVAC companies. We are not an HVAC contractor and had no part in the heating work these companies perform.

All case studies on HVAC.Agency

HVACDeal.ca: 500+ leads at a 12:1 ROI

HVACDeal.ca generated 500+ leads with a 12:1 return on investment.

What it shows: a return figure only means something when spend and revenue are counted the same way every month. A 12:1 ratio needs an agreed definition of what counts as marketing cost and which revenue is attributed to it.

What transfers to your company: write those definitions down before you judge any vendor. On our monthly scorecard the cost line includes fees and media spend, and the revenue line counts only booked jobs with a tracked source. Without that, two vendors can each claim the same job.

CanroHeat.ca: 250% lead growth

CanroHeat.ca grew its leads by 250%.

What it shows: growth on that scale is a capacity question as much as a marketing one. More leads only help if dispatch can answer, book and staff them.

What transfers: before increasing spend, check your answer rate and booking rate. Our planning service sets lead targets against crew capacity month by month, so a successful campaign doesn't turn into missed calls and poor reviews.

BCWide.ca: 3× leads in 90 days

BCWide.ca tripled its leads within 90 days.

What it shows: a 90-day window is long enough to see a real trend when tracking is in place from day one, and short enough to change course if something isn't working.

What transfers: judge new marketing on a 90-day baseline, not week by week. The fractional marketing manager role uses the same window: clean-up in month one, baseline in month two, reallocation in month three.

Roma Heating & Cooling: 400% organic traffic growth in 12 months

Roma Heating & Cooling grew organic traffic by 400% over 12 months.

What it shows: organic search is a long game. A year of consistent work compounded into a much larger audience.

What transfers: if you pay for SEO, measure it on a 6–12 month horizon and tie traffic back to calls and booked jobs. A vendor management scope for SEO should state the monthly work, the data you get and the point at which you'll judge it.

HeatLand: 850+ SEO articles and 300% more leads in 6 months

HeatLand is the content-heavy case in this set: 850+ SEO articles on the site, and a 300% lead increase within six months.

What it shows: content at volume needs a plan and an owner. Hundreds of articles only work if topics, publishing and internal links are managed rather than left to chance.

What transfers: if a vendor sells you content, ask who decides the topics, how pages connect to your service pages, and how leads from that content are counted. Those three questions are part of our monthly vendor check.

What these results don't tell you

Results are context, not forecasts. They don't tell you what your market will do, what your competitors will spend, or how your team will handle a 30% rise in calls. That's why every engagement starts with a stack audit and a baseline, and why we report your own numbers instead of borrowing these.

For every published case, visit HVAC.Agency's case studies page. To discuss which lessons apply to your company, see pricing and then call, text or email.

Frequently asked questions

Are these results from fractional management engagements?

They are results from our HVAC marketing work across a range of engagements. We present them as proof of the method and of the measurement discipline we bring, not as the outcome of one specific service.

Can you promise similar numbers for my company?

No. Each result depended on the market, competition, the offer, budget and the team answering the phone. What we can promise is the same habit of measuring booked jobs honestly and acting on what the numbers say.

Where can I see more case studies?

The full list is on HVAC.Agency's case studies page, and each company's own website is linked here so you can look at the live work.

Why don't you show client quotes or star ratings?

We only publish claims we can back with a named, verifiable result. Quotes and star ratings are easy to invent, so we leave them out and let you check the live sites yourself.
