HVAC.Management is a Canadian fractional marketing management service for HVAC and heating companies. We act as the marketing manager for companies that need one but don't yet need a full-time hire: we own the plan, the budget, the vendors and the monthly numbers, and we answer to the owner. HVAC.Management belongs to the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies, runs from its headquarters in Vancouver, British Columbia, and is led by Ali Sedighi, MBA.
Our work is marketing management and business consulting. HVAC.Management is not an HVAC contractor: no installs, no service calls, no repairs.
Why this business exists
Most HVAC companies don't have a marketing problem as such; they have a management problem in their marketing.
Owners of growing heating and cooling companies tend to end up with the same setup: an SEO firm, an ads freelancer, a web developer who built the site years ago, a review tool, a call tracking subscription and a field-service platform with marketing features nobody turned on. Each vendor may be competent. But nobody connects them, nobody checks them against booked jobs, and the owner makes the decisions late at night with partial information. That gap is exactly what a marketing manager fills, and it is the role HVAC.Management was set up to provide.
Ali Sedighi, MBA
Ali Sedighi leads every HVAC.Management engagement. His MBA is in Technology Management. His digital marketing career runs 17+ years, beginning in 2007 with the founding of ONE.ir, a full-service digital marketing agency. He now lives and works in Vancouver, British Columbia.
Ali has built 150+ live HVAC websites, including CombiBoiler.ca, GasBoilers.ca, RomaHeating.ca and HeatLand.ca. He is the founder of Conv.ca, a conversion-rate optimisation agency, and of MyAutomation.ca, and he is Founder and Managing Partner of SAZ.ca, a Canadian consulting firm for strategy, AI and revenue acceleration. He has worked with clients in Canada, the USA and Dubai.
That background matters for a fractional manager role in a specific way: having built and run marketing for many HVAC companies, Ali knows what a reasonable vendor scope looks like, which numbers vendors tend to leave out, and where tracking usually breaks.
The group behind us
HVAC.Management sits inside a group with distinct roles, which lets us keep management separate from delivery.
- Sedighi.ca: Ali's consulting company for growth, marketing and technology, and the home of HVAC.Agency, HVAC.Digital, Trades.Agency, BusinessConsulting.ca and Conv.ca.
- SAZ.ca (Strategy & Acceleration Zone): a Canadian consulting firm for strategy, AI and revenue acceleration, with strategic leadership by Sedighi.ca.
- HVAC.Agency: our parent agency, which carries out website, SEO and advertising work when a client wants delivery from inside the group.
When delivery runs through HVAC.Agency, we say so up front and keep the raw data open to you, so the management role is never just marking its own homework.
How we work
Our working principles are simple, and you can hold us to every one of them.
- Your company owns its accounts. Domain, website, ad accounts, profiles and data are in your name. We're users you can remove. The stack audit checks this first.
- Booked jobs are the measure. Every channel and vendor, including us, is judged on cost per booked job on the monthly scorecard.
- Decisions are written down. Each monthly review ends with a one-page log of what was decided, by whom and by when.
- No lock-in. Engagements start with a 7-day free trial, need no credit card to begin, and carry no long-term contract.
- Contact is human. You reach us by call, text or email, and you speak with a senior strategist.
What we will not do
Being clear about limits is part of being a trustworthy manager.
- We don't promise rankings, lead counts or results.
- We don't give technical HVAC, engineering, code-compliance or safety advice, and we don't interpret regulations for you; we link to the regulators instead.
- We don't publish client quotes, ratings or reviews we can't stand behind.
- We don't hold your accounts hostage when an engagement ends.
Where we work
We work with HVAC and heating companies in all 10 provinces and 3 territories. Each region page covers the local seasons, programs and regulators a marketing manager needs to know about there, starting with our home province of British Columbia.
